How to join the call

Follow these simple steps to join and control a meeting. At the appropriate time, join the phoneconference.

1. Dial the Reservationless Conferencing telephone number
2. Enter the chairperson or participant code followed by #
3. Follow the audio prompts
4. Wait for the meeting to start
5. Join the web element of the conference
6. When prompted on screen, press #8 on your telephone keypad and enter the six digit code provided. You will then be put through to the online conference.

How to use the basic controls

Once in a meeting, everyone can use these basic features:

*0 To call the operator for assistance
#4 Automatic volume equalisation
*6 Mute / Unmute your phone

How to use the chairperson controls:

In addition to the basic features, the chairperson also has access to the following controls. You can access the controls on the web interface by clicking the relevant button or on your telephone keypad;

#1 Conference participant Roll Call
#2 Conference participant count
*2 Stop audio message
*7 Conference lock and unlock
## End conference

The chairperson can also dial out to additional participants, speak to them in private and then return to the call with or without them
#3 Initiates the dial out function - just wait for the dial tone and then dial the number in full
#4 Connect both parties back into the conference
#5 Connect the chairperson only back into the conference

How to customise your conferences.

You can customise your Reservationless Conferencing account when you are in the web element of your conference. Simply click on customise to see the options available to you.

Web Control and Collaboration Tools

Your Reservationless Conferencing conference can be viewed and controlled using a web browser. This enables participants to see who is present in the conference and allows the chairperson even more control over the conference e.g. muting participant lines, ending the conference and dialling out to participants.

Once in the web element of the conference, you can use powerful data collaboration tools to allow you to share documents, spreadsheets, presentations and any other PC application. You can brainstorm using the whiteboard function or chat via the web to other participants.

Record and replay your conference

Reservationless Conferencing includes a facility to record the audio portion of a conference and then for it to be made available for replay over the Internet or to be downloaded as a file to your computer.
