Chairperson dial out

If you need the advice or expertise of someone not already in your meeting, the chairperson can temporarily leave the conference to call that person.

The chairperson can then speak to this person privately and return to the conference with or without them.

If you need help during the conference, just press *0 on your telephone or click Call Operator on the web.

Conference Lock

By locking the conference, you can stop anyone, including the operator from gaining access to the meeting.

This feature is useful when discussing sensitive information.

Name Recording and Playback

Name Recording means that each participant records their name before entering the conference.

At any time during the meeting, the chairperson can do a Roll Call which plays back all the names of the people present in the meeting.

Customise your Reservationless Conferencing account

As the chairperson, you may wish to change the conference settings to meet your individual requirements. For example, you may meet regularly with people you know and not require Name Recording.

You can also ask for email summaries of your conferences to be sent to you.

You can customise your Reservationless Conferencing account via the web interface by clicking on the Customise button.

Control

Your Reservationless Conferencing can be viewed and controlled via a web browser. This enables participants to see who else is present and allows the chairperson even more control over the meeting e.g. muting participant lines, ending the conference and dialling out to participants.

Record your conference and make it available for Replay or download

Reservationless Conferencing includes a facility to record the audio portion of a conference and then for it to be made available for replay over the Internet or to be downloaded as a file to your computer.

Reservationless Conferencing has a range of features available to enhance your phone meetings and make sure they run smoothly. You can access the features either by clicking on the web when using the Reservationless Conferencing Web Tools or using your telephone keypad. The chairperson has complete control of their meeting while participants can only control their own phone lines.
